In a limited company, a physical person or legal entity appointed for a term of three years if indicated in the articles of association at the time of incorporation, or for six years if appointed by the general meeting of shareholders, during the term of the company. S/he shall be member of the board of directors, which shall determine the guidelines for company activities and oversee implementation.
