Responsibility : Users will be solely responsible for the questions they ask, the choices they make in the file, and the direct or indirect consequences of use of the responses given. Moreover, the registrars may not be held liable for lateness or default resulting from an instance of force majeure or an event beyond their control or caused by the user. INFOGREFFE will under no circumstances assume liability for the data provided by the registries. The user acknowledges being fully aware that the information made available or the services provided may vary from one registry to another, for which Infogreffe may not be held liable. It is expressly agreed that, if a registrar is found to be liable in the performance of this agreement, the customer will not be entitled to claim any compensation or damages other than repayment of the payments that he/she already made for the portion of the services where default or an error attributable to the registrar in question occurred, or non-payment of this portion of the services.

Under no circumstances will Infogreffe or the Registrars pay compensation for consequential loss such as commercial loss, loss of business, loss of income, reduced profits, loss of rights to generate receivables, and so on.
Data protection : The information contained in the Registries' files is the property of the owners thereof. The user is prohibited from taking any action for the purpose of improperly appropriating or attempting to appropriate the content of the files, in particular in order to create a document database or to reconstruct all or part of the original files. The right of use enjoyed by the user includes the on-screen display of the information and copies of the documents that may be ordered against payment. It confers no rights of reproduction or redistribution for commercial purposes.

The information requested from the customer to prepare the invoice or fill the customer's order is provided only to Infogreffe's accounting and sales departments. In accordance with the "Information Technology and Liberties" act of 6 January 1978, applicable in France, customers have a right of access, correction and deletion of data concerning them. GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS

Article 1
These general conditions apply to the use of the INFOGREFFE web server and the other INFOGREFFE distribution media, and to the use of the information provided by the Commercial Court Registries and available on this server.

Article 2
The user's right of use includes a right of access to the information, after payment. It confers no right of reproduction.

Any use of the data obtained to create a database for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of INFOGREFFE is prohibited.

Article 3
Users will be solely responsible for the inquiries they perform and their use of the results obtained. It is the user's responsibility to use the results in accordance with the regulations in force and the recommendations of the CNIL. Under no circumstances may INFOGREFFE be held liable for damage of any kind resulting from use of the server.

Article 4
This agreement is governed by French law.

Article 5
Any dispute concerning this agreement will come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris.
