MEMORANDA OF ASSOCIATION AND COMPANY CERTIFICATES

Memoranda of Association represent the various legal obligations or "internal bylaws" to which each individual company is bound. The original bylaws, along with any certificates or decisions amending them, must be filed with the registry.

The filed Memoranda of Association and company certificates make it possible to obtain the following information :
- the general characteristics of the company (legal form, name, head office, term, corporate purpose, etc.),
- the share capital and its distribution (number and value of each share, terms for disposing of shares, etc.),
- names of the partners and individuals and all matters relating to the administration of the company.
