FILING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

After the close of the fiscal year and approval of the financial statements by the partners, the last legal formality to be completed is the filing of your annual financial statements with the Commercial Court Registry.

This is a legal obligation (Commercial Code and decree of 23 March 1967) which commercial enterprises must fulfil each year. The annual financial statements are published in the BODACC (Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements) at the request of the registrar.

The deadline for holding the meeting may be extended by the Presiding Judge of the Commercial Court. A request specifying the desired extension must be sent to the Judge.
