You cannot find the debtor you are searching for on the Infogreffe.fr website.

Do you have a question about your search and the information you have about a person?

We suggest that you send the Registry the information it needs to perform a more in-depth search and to generate the report requested.

WHY FORWARD TO THE REGISTRY?

We offer you this service in various places on the Infogreffe.fr website. This service is available only to subscribers:

• Following a search by name/RCS, whether or not successful, if you entered a commune and/or a département
• Following a consultation of the debt report ordered in display mode

An entry form is displayed on which you can indicate the following information about the person you are searching for:

• Company name
• Address
• Commune
• Order reference, if this is defined as required in your profile
• Password, if entry of a password is defined as required in your profile prior to any payment

You must then select the document(s) that you wish to receive by mail:

• RCS certificate (Kbis). If the requested file is not registered at the selected registry, you will receive the certificate of non-registration
• Certificate of bankruptcy/non-bankruptcy
• The positive or negative debt report, depending on whether there is an entry for the person as designated and identified in the request

The distinction between the various documents of the same product is made by the Registry, which will send the document corresponding to the file found.
The forwarding request is sent to the appropriate registry, which tries to reconcile the companies registered in its jurisdiction with the information contained in the order forwarding request (company name, address and commune).

WHICH REGISTRIES?

Forwarding requests can be made to the registry only for companies registered with the Commercial Court Registries.

Information from the Tribunaux d'Instance (TI - low civil court) and Tribunaux de Grande Instance (TGI - high civil court) which hear commercial cases, as well as the overseas départements and territories, is not available on the Infogreffe.fr website.

You can submit a request by mail to the Registry of the appropriate Court or contact it by telephone at 0891 01 11 11* (free call from your landline except going rate for your operator). *available only in France.

BILLING OF THIS SERVICE

The forwarding request to the registry is a free service; however, the cost of the documents sent by the registry during the month will appear on your monthly invoice under the category of document ordered:

• 02 RCS for RCS certificates
• 06 P&N for debt reports
• 51 Bankruptcy for certificates of bankruptcy/non-bankruptcy
