You may select a pre-defined list from the lists displayed on the screen.
Select search criteria
Based on the list selected, several search criteria must be entered before
starting the search (search period, commune, etc.).
In general, the following criteria are displayed :
- Période de recherche : date de début et date de fin. Cette période pourra être
sélectionnée dans un intervalle de 2 ans (historique de 2 ans disponible), avec
une date maximale égale à la date du jour - 1 jour.
- Type of registration : principal and/or secondary
- At least one of the following four criteria :
- Name of commune : postal codes and arrondissements should not be entered.
- Code or name of département.
- Activity category : the list of categories is provided in a drop-down list.
- NAF code : the list of NAF codes is provided in a drop-down list.
- Company's legal status (optional criterion).
- Revenue range (optional criterion) : the revenue ranges are provided in a
drop-down list. If this criterion is entered, companies that never filed
financial statements will not be included in the search (for example, recently
registered companies, merchants).
Once the required criteria have been selected (and certain optional criteria
to narrow the search), you must begin the search to obtain the search results.
Search results
In general, the result obtained is in the form of a quote page :
- Display of the number of files matching the selected criteria.
- Quote for preparing the list of results based on the distribution method
selected. Currently, orders may be placed using only the view and download
distribution methods.
The display of the number of companies found allows you to check the
relevance of the criteria selected and to return to the criteria entry page
to modify your choices.
The search for the companies matching your search criteria can take some
time : please wait until the quote page is displayed.
On this quote page, you may order the list in two forms :
- View : list of companies along with several other documents in addition to
your selection, list of companies which you can print, list of companies which
you can sort based on several criteria.
- Download : list of companies in the form of a text file which can be saved
to your computer and later used in Excel.
If the number of companies found is more than 50 and less than or equal to
1000, the only order method available is download.
Beyond 1000 companies, the list cannot be ordered online. You can narrow
your search by reducing the search period or by adding selection criteria to
reduce the number of companies found.
Some searches result in a free list which is displayed immediately. A « View
the enhanced list » link provides access, in any case, to the quote page
for ordering these lists in view/download mode.
For these free lists, the maximum number of companies displayed is 100.
Beyond 100 companies, the list cannot be displayed online. You can narrow your
search by reducing the search period or by adding selection criteria to reduce
the number of companies found.
Payment of the order
Once the distribution methods have been selected and the product has been
added to your selection using the « Add » button, you can :
- Complete your order.
- Enter your delivery information and email address (optional step since the
distribution methods are view and download, which do not require this type of
information).
- Enter your order reference (if this information is indicated as required in
your profile).
- Pay for your order by selecting one of the available payment methods.
- Access your lists on the Documents Ordered page by clicking on the « Consult »
and/or « Download » links.
Our suggestion : before completing the order, you can start a new
search to obtain a second list and add it to your selection.
Information shown on the enhanced list to order
The following information is displayed for each company :
- Information about the company (name, RCS identification number, date of
registration, full address, company's activity, legal form (as a description),
etc.).
- Information specific to each type of list.
In the file to be downloaded, each piece of information is inserted into a
column. The first line of this CSV file consists of the title of each piece of
information contained in the file. This line is used as the column heading in
the Excel file.

List of registrations in the RCS
This list shows all companies in the RCS registered during a given period.
It will display the company's creation at the registry (head office, main or
secondary office regardless of the type of registration).
Only those companies registered during the search period and not
deregistered are included in the search.
Search criteria specific to the list of registrations in the RCS
The search period may be a maximum period of 3 months between the start and
end date.
This list cannot be generated based on revenue ranges.
Price of the list
The price charged is 0,26€ excluding tax (or 0,31€ including
tax) per company found plus transmission costs if this list is ordered in
download mode : 1,00€ excluding tax.
Information shown on the purchased list
In addition to information about the company, which is
included on all lists, the following information is displayed :
- Activity.
- Brand.
- Address of the main office.
- Start date of operations.
List of deregistrations from the RCS
This list shows all companies in the RCS which were deregistered during a
given period. It will display the company's final deregistration (head office,
main or secondary office regardless of the type of registration).
Only deregistrations from the Trade Register, and not removals of companies,
are included in the search.
Search criteria specific to the list of deregistrations from the RCS
The search period may be a maximum period of 3 months between the start and
end date.
This list cannot be generated based on revenue ranges.
Price of the list
The price charged is 0,26€ excluding tax (or 0,31€ including
tax) per company found plus transmission costs if this list is ordered in
download mode : 1,00€ excluding tax.
Information shown on the purchased list
In addition to information about the company, which is
included on all lists, the following information is displayed :
- Comments related to the company's deregistration..
- Date of deregistration.
- Reason for deregistration, if entered by the registry.
List of companies that filed their financial statements
This list shows all head office commercial enterprises not deregistered from
the RCS which filed their financial statements during the period entered by
the user.
Only the last three fiscal years are included in the search and only the
statements filed in the most recent fiscal year are displayed in the list.

List of companies in contingency, court-supervised recovery or liquidation
by order of Court proceedings
This list shows all companies not deregistered from the RCS (principal or
secondary registration) which were involved in contingency, court-supervised
recovery or liquidation by order of Court proceedings during the period
entered by the user.
Search criteria specific to the list of companies involved in contingency,
court-supervised recovery or liquidation by order of Court proceedings
The search period can be a maximum period of 3 months between the start and
end date.
A third geographic criterion « Commercial Court » in a drop-down list. This
geographic criterion is exclusive of the other two.
The company search can be performed for companies in contingency,
court-supervised recovery and/or liquidation by order of Court proceedings.
Those not involved in a contingency, court-supervised recovery or
liquidation by order of Court proceeding will be included in the list. If you
select the company's status as an optional criterion, you must check «
Merchant » to obtain the list of merchants and those not involved in a
contingency, court-supervised recovery or liquidation by order of Court
proceeding.
Commercial agents are not covered by this list.
List of inaccessible registries
Some Commercial Courts are not accessible for this type of list.

displayed on the page for entering search criteria.
Price of the list
The price charged for this list is 1,30€ excluding tax (or 1,55€
including tax) per company found plus transmission costs if this list is
ordered in download mode : 1,00€ excluding tax.
Information shown on the enhanced list
In addition to information about the company which is
included on all lists, the following judicial information is displayed :
- Based on the criteria selected :
- Full address of the office in the selected commune (if a commune was
selected).
- Full address of the main office (if principal registration and commune not
entered).
- Address of the first secondary office which is not deregistered
(if secondary registration and commune not entered).
- Status of the proceeding.
- Date of the decision to open the proceeding.
- Date of conversion to liquidation.
- Corresponding notice date(s) in the BODACC (Official Bulletin of Civil and
Commercial Announcements).
- Name and address of the legal representative(s) if company in recovery.
- Name and address of the "Liquidator" representative(s) if company
in liquidation.
- Indicator to show whether there are assets that can be sold: YES/NO.
- Financial information.
List of companies or businesses in court-supervised recovery/liquidation by
order of Court which can potentially be sold
This list shows all companies not deregistered from the RCS (principal
registrations) for which a deadline to submit a purchase offer was set by the
court-appointed representative and made known to the registry. This must be a
date which has not yet passed.
Search criteria specific to the list of companies and businesses that can
potentially be sold
- No search period is given for this list : the selection concerns only
companies for which a court-appointed representative has set a deadline to
submit a purchase offer, assuming that this deadline has not yet passed and is
known to the registry.
- The only type of registration allowed is Principal (no choice possible).
- This list cannot be generated based on legal status.
- The « Commercial Court » geographic criterion (selected from a drop-down
list) allows the search to be performed on an accessible court.
- The search for companies and businesses than can potentially be sold can be
performed on companies in court-supervised recovery or liquidation by order of
Court.
List of accessible registries
Some Commercial Courts are not accessible for this type of list.

Price of the list
The list is free.
A charge of 1,00€ excluding tax (or 1,20€ including tax) is
applied for transmission costs if this list is ordered in download mode.
Information shown on the enhanced list
In addition to information about the company which is
included on all lists, the following judicial information is displayed :
- Status of the proceeding.
- Date of the decision to open the proceeding.
- Date of conversion to liquidation.
- Corresponding notice date(s) in the BODACC (Official Bulletin of Civil and
Commercial Announcements).
- Financial information.
- In cases where information about a sale has been entered by the registry :
- Date of filing of inventory.
- Date of filing of the list of assets to be sold and their description.
- Deadline for filing the offer.
- Representative's name, address, telephone, fax, email address and position.
Immediate view of the list
Unlike the other lists, the enhanced list can be viewed from the quote page
by pressing the « Immediate view of enhanced list » button : the view
pop-up opens immediately and allows you to view companies that match the
criteria, view or order the inventory, view the descriptive list of the
company being sold and order all information about the proceeding.
This list indicates the companies for which you can submit an offer.
What are the timeframes for submitting an offer ?
In accordance with Article L.621-57 of the Commercial Code, all parties
independent of the company may submit offers to purchase the company in order
to keep it in business.
NOTE : The offeror is bound by the offer until the court's decision
approving the plan is rendered provided that this decision is handed down
within one month of the filing of the administrator's report.
If the deadline for filing the offers was set by the representative, you
will be advised that, in accordance with Article 103-2 of the decree of 27
January 1985, the Court may set a new deadline for the submission of new
offers or the updating of the previously filed offers.
What must the offer include ?
All offers must contain the following information :
- Accurate description of the assets, rights and contracts included in the offer.
- Activity and financing forecasts.
- Price offered, payment terms, capacity of the capital contributors and, if applicable, of the guarantors. If the offer entails use of a loan, it must specify the conditions and in particular the term of the loan.
- Date on which the sale is to be completed.
- Level and prospects of employment that the activity will create.
- Guarantees obtained to ensure the execution of the offer.
- Forecasts of asset disposals during the first two years following the sale.
- Term of each commitment made by the offeror.
If the debtor is engaged in a professional occupation subject to a law or regulation or the title of which is protected, the offer must also contain the occupational qualification of the assignee.
The offer may be neither modified, except in a way which is more favorable to the objectives described in paragraph one of Article L. 642-1, nor withdrawn. It binds its author until the court's decision approving the plan is rendered. In case of an appeal of the decision approving the plan, only the assignee remains bound by his offer.
How should the offer be drawn up ?
The offer should be prepared on unstamped paper and sent to the address
indicated in the section entitled "TO WHOM SHOULD THE OFFER BE SENT".
Only parties independent of the company may submit an offer.
BE SURE to note the deadline for filing offers if one is indicated.
