MEMORANDA OF ASSOCIATION AND COMPANY CERTIFICATES
HISTORY OF SIGNIFICANT EVENTS :
View all significant events occurring in the life of a company in chronological order. These can include an RCS event, the filing of a company certificate, a "collective action" event and so on.

A flat subscription price of 90€/year including tax, all media (excluding inquiries), allows you to:
- Have your contact information pre-filled for each new order. You simply need to enter your confidential subscriber code.
- Avoid having to use a bank card or add funds in advance.
- Receive a monthly bill containing a detailed usage statement.

The www.infogreffe.fr website provides access to information from the official records of the Commercial Court Registries
belonging to the Infogreffe EIG.
You can therefore not obtain information about companies located abroad or entered
in the trade register maintained by the registry of another jurisdiction
(Tribunal d'Instance or Tribunal de Grande Instance which hears commercial cases and Mixed Commercial Courts in the overseas départements and territories).
As a result, in order to search for a company located in the overseas départements and territories or over which a TI (low civil court) or TGI (high civil court) has jurisdiction for commercial matters, you should submit a request by mail to the Registry of the appropriate Court or contact it by telephone at 0891 01 11 11* (0.22 EUR/min including tax).

Bank card
Electronic wallet
This is reserved for members. At the time of their first purchase, Infogreffe keeps members' bank details, which allows them to make future purchases without needing to provide this information.

Proprietary card
This is a pre-paid card which you can purchase at the Commercial Court Registries and at Infogreffe's head office : Centre Daumesnil, 4 Place
Félix Eboué 75583 Paris cedex 12. The price is 15€, 30€ or 50€. This card can be used to pay for purchases at Infogreffe or to add funds to your Infogreffe account.

You can add funds to your account according to your needs: by bank card, by mailing a check or by automatic debit. See funded account.
Payment on your France Telecom bill
You can choose to pay for your Infogreffe purchases on your next France Telecom phone bill up to a limit of 15€ per purchase. You will simply need to enter the code and password assigned to you by France Telecom.
If you do not know this code, you can obtain it online using the information shown on your last bill. The total amount of your monthly purchases on your France Telecom bill is limited to 50€.
You can also ask France Telecom to waive this limit.
Payment on your Internet service provider's bill
If you are a subscriber of one of the five service providers i.e. Wanadoo,
Alice, Club-Internet, AOL or Cegetel, you can choose to pay for your Infogreffe purchases
(up to 15€ per purchase) on your next
Internet bill. If you are not automatically recognized by
your connection, you will simply need to enter the code and password
assigned by your service provider at the time of you subscription. The
total amount of your monthly purchases on your provider's bill is limited to
60 €.
You can also ask France Telecom to waive this limit.
Payment by calling a telephone number (Allopass service)
Up to a limit of 5,5 € per purchase, you can call the telephone no. displayed on the screen to obtain (via a voice server) an Allopass code.
Once you have obtained the code, you can hang up (the call will need to be replaced for each code entered on the Infogreffe site.
The number of codes entered will depend on the amount of your purchases). Then enter the codes you obtained on the input screen to confirm your order.
This payment method can be used from France, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy, Hong Kong, New Zealand and the USA.

A window opens in which you can enter your logon information based on your type of profile :
- If you are a member, you must enter your email address and password
